You need the CD-ROM and CD file system extensions, ISO 9660, High Sierra and others.
You can dig them out of System and Mac OS install files with Tome Viewer. If you're going to be copying files from PC/Windows CD-ROMs get the Joliet driver from www.tempel.org/joliet --- On Sat, 2/12/11, Doug <[email protected]> wrote: From: Doug <[email protected]> Subject: ZIP drive for my Mac Quadra 610 To: [email protected] Date: Saturday, February 12, 2011, 10:34 AM Thanks all, so now I need to ask if anyone out there has a zip tools disk. I do have system 7.4 on my comp. and it sure would be nice to get the ZIP drive working. Here’s another question. At one time I had a CD drive and it worked until my hard drive gave up the ghost. I got a drive that worked and I also got a CD drive that fits in the middle bay and plugs in OK but it doesn’t work. Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks.
