You have 2 options,

1. Probably the easiest: An external drive enclosure that supports a 50-pin
SCSI drive. The external enclosure normally uses centronics connectors to
connect to the Mac's 25-pin SCSI connector. In that enclosure you will need
a 50pin SCSI hard drive, which can be found on eBay the easiest as well.

I couldn't find any centronics enclosures on eBay in the 2 minutes I spent
looking, but sometimes they pop up. You will also need a centronics
terminator if you go this route.

Note: They are also selling a DB35 to HD50 scsi cables, but I'm not sure how
that would work, although parts are far easier to find. It would be an
interesting experiment.

2. Apple actually made what is called the "HD20". It's a hard drive that
connected via the floppy port.

The con is that they are expensive on eBay, and highly coveted by us
collectors.
