This guy did something *sortof* similar to what you're describing. If you can find the pinouts for the LCD you're using, and the pinouts for the Mac Plus display connector, it might be possible. However, it might be more difficult since the CRT I believe is driven directly by the analog board, so it might not be a video signal, but a CRT control signal. If that makes any sense.
