Well, yes and no. Yes if you have the GS/OS extension installed, no if
you don't. However, it's not a matter of the GS reading an hfs floppy
in this case. It's a matter of ADTPro not caring what kind of disk
images it's transferring. In this regard, an 800k hfs formatted floppy
is just another disk image/data dump to ADTPro. I have 2 800k
externals hooked up to my IIgs which are compatible with the Mac's
800k internal.
