There is a guy on eBay in the US that I got mine from about 3 years ago. I
think that I paid about 100 us for getting 128 MB on mine

Be very careful when you install then when you slide the mother board in to
the steel frame the memory chip will hit the top you need to carefully pull
it up as you slide it forward to avoid breaking the part that holds the Ram
chip
