If you cannot find your own boot floppies, you'll have to create a new one:
you can only use 800k floppies (since the drive of the Plus cannot read
1400k floppies), and if you have another macintosh machine with an internal
floppy drive you can easily create a boot floppy with a disk image (using
Disk Copy), available on Apple ftp support site. If you don't have another
mac with floppy drive, let me know, I might be able to help you in other
ways.
