Depends on just what you mean. Several devices exist that connect
to a
USB port that give DB-9 pin serial port. Probably none exist to
give a
USB connection to an existing DB-9 serial port.
You could try making your own converter using a Teensy:
<http://www.pjrc.com/teensy/>. It would be quite labour/knowledge
intensive, but it has been done with an old M0110 keyboard in the
past:
