I am cleaning out my storage shed of old Mac magazines and most are free to anyone willing to pick-up in the Denver area (Golden, CO). A few are of collecting value and will be sold separate.
MacWorld almost complete from Premier Issue (2 of) Feb. '84 to recent years. MacAddict almost complete from Premier Issue Sept. '96 (2 of) to #79 Mar. '03 MACazine, MacHome, etc. odds and ends. Please contact off-Groups but pehaps a discussion about Mac magazines could develop within this Topic. For example: The monthly disks sent with MacAddict are packed with freebies, demos and discussions. These are not included with the magazines but were an integral part for each month. MacWorld 'sorta does similar with online extras, but the entertainment value and permanence is not similar. Perhaps someone could comment on the legality of my making copies of these old disks for distribution and preservation. Or, perhaps I should just offer the originals as a set on eBay? I love the old Mac preservation concept. Perhaps this Topic could be a start of a "collector's corner". Don -- ----- You received this message because you are a member of the Vintage Macs group.
