Hello Kenric, It stopped working before I applied any firmware updates and still doesn't function after upgrading. I have firmware version 7.6.1. now.
@Ken: I'll try resetting it. The 5500 runs Open Transport 2.0.3, I can't find what version the 6100 is using.
