Just a thought... How about a Performa 5300? Get a comm slot II Ethernet card 
and your home free.

Otherwise, wasn't there a PPC upgrade for the LC 575? If so I know a LC 575 
logic board fits in a CC.

Maybe a Performa 5300 logic board will fit in a CC as well. I have swapped a 
PPC logic board into a performa 630 so that might be your best bet if you have 
to have the machine be a color classic.
