Were the drives in a machine? or just sitting out in a box… Seems like this happens a lot. When end up working on them, I always find the little buggers… they are inside the case… some where … or stuck in the drive some where… Ya gotta spend some time and look for em.
I always put a little dap of goop on them and pop em back into place. i have no idea where you would go to buy replacments.
