Anyone have any tricks to convince this guy to boot from the CD? (Or maybe it
can't see out the ADB port.) Pushing down the fist of keys which is supposed to
tell it to look anywhere other than the HD does not seem to work. Nor does
pressing C on start up. It continues to use the HD and upon finishing the march
of icons, it reports that it was not shut down correctly and we should reboot.
The problem is that neither the mouse or the keyboard can select this option
since we cannot move the pointer from the upper left corner. I have even tried
unplugging the ribbon cable to the HD and with Factory OS8 CD in the tray, it
shows the floppy disk image with an X through it telling us "I can't find any
OS to use." Suggestions would be welcomed. Don Wakefield
