Looking to put a vintage Mac on my desk to play around with. I have owned Mac LC, Quadra 660 av, Quadra 650, and saved the old scsi hard drives because of some personal audio files i wanted to save - my oldest child muttering his first words.
So the goal is to get a mac that I can easily swap the scsi hard drives and run the OS already on the old drives, probably OS7 or OS8. I have been looking at cheap Quadra 650's on eBay and craigslist. Question - Is there a different vintage mac, perhaps all in one, that would allow easy swap ability of the scsi hard drives? That way I may not have to find an old dinosaur monitor too? Love the Vintage Macs.... Joel -- -- ----- You received this message because you are a member of the Vintage Macs group.
