Hi,

bought an Apple Macintosh 630DOS compatible and it's one of the finest
mac's i own.
It has a 68K/33Mhz. I upgraded it to a version with FPU. The coolest part
is that it has
a fully integrated PC (486/66) in it. Very nice!

The machine shows random shutdowns. It seems that the power supply simply
goes out.
Restarting the machine works, but the random shutdowns seem to happen more
and more.

I think it's the power supply, not the board. What do you think?

- Should I go for a replacement?
- Should I look for another one Power Supply (The 6300 has more power
(55Wat) but the same form factor ?
- Is the power supply the same (630DOS or without the DosCard) ?
- Is there a known failure in the power supply of these machines?

Thx for a reply.

Greetings
Doc from Germany
