I don't know about Microsoft products, but eBay is pretty picky about
the sale of software on their site... I've tried to sell old boxed
copies of Adobe products (Classic OS versions) and have had my
auctions canceled by eBay, even though all of the appropriate
documentation was included. But, that could just be Adobe's licensing
agreement that restricts resale.
