I'd be interested in the software end of it, and perhaps the cabling. I have an SE that I've been slowly building up (everything works rather well, have an external Zip for it) and I wouldn't mind getting some real authentic software for it. Most of what I have is downloaded from the Macintosh Garden. I'm also working on getting it networked up so I can take it on the Internet. I'm hoping that with some Local Talk hardware, I can rig things up so that my PowerMac can function as an Internet gateway of sorts, but if you've got any kind of direct SE specific ethernet equipment, I'll gladly pay shipping and handling on that. I'm in PA, so I'm not too far away. I'm thinking it would be about an 16 or 18 hour round trip if I were to drive for it. Lemme know.
