I have a chip that I can mail to anyone who wants it and will pay the postage.
One side of the chip says
Samsung  kmm532 | 000bvp-7        9342 SEC.

The other side says
Korea 342Y  KM44C1000BJ-7
I have no way of testing it, but it was working when I put it into a static
shield bag and forgot about it 20 years ago.
