[This message has been sent to both vintage macs & quadlist, sorry for
members of both lists who'll get a double-post]
Many list members like me still use their 68k Mac models as routers (using
IPNetRouter). I personally use a IIfx as a DSL router. That machine is
performing very well, but I'd like to add a firewall to it.
Sustainable Softworks, IPnetRouter editor, also has a firewall utility named
"IPNetSentry". Unfortunately, it only exists in PPC version.
I recently asked to Sustainable Softworks team if any 68k version was
planned.
Here's the answer I got:

So if a significant amount of fellow 68k users clearly tells them that
they're interested in a firewall solution for their 68k Macs, maybe they'll
reconsider their position...
