All Mac HDs are SCSI for Macs that are on-topic for this list.

The FPU is a chip that looks a lot like the CPU.  It says 68882 on it.

VRAM looks a lot like RAM but has 68 instead of 30 or 72 pins.

Try eBay or Low End Mac's Swaplist.  Also try reading the FAQ, which it's
apparent you could benefit from :)
