Ah, that makes sense. I'm trying something like that now (putting stuff it on the Mac and putting the files on without decoding first.) To tell the truth, I was doing this from my main PC, and the floppy seems to have died. So I transferred to the laptop, then to a floppy. Figured there were just too many steps in that process. It does sound like I can cancel the windows download of Stuff-it to unstuff the mac version *grin*! Ain't computers fun??
