Try the keyboard and ADB cable on another Mac.
Verify that the slot of the rear panel power switch is in horizontal position.
Hold in the rear panel power switch at least 10 seconds.
Measure the 5V continuous when the switch is held in.
Get schematic, troubleshoot startup circuit by verifying that voltages
toggle in the signal path when power switch is toggled.
Signal path is UM2-5, UM2-9, UM2-8, and junction of R28 and R29.
