I've got an old MacWorld magazine that's drivin' me nuts. All them goodies
and I can't have any of them. And the PRICES?!! Woo hoo! You'da needed Fort
Knox.

There are several companies shown as having made accelerator cards for the
Plus, SE
and so on, in the book. Try to locate information on these Cards and nada,
nothing, kaput.

So, as these are Internationally reknowned lists, I'm spreading seeds on the
water about the following:

Harris Labs Classic Performer. A card for the Classic that boosts it to an
SE/30-like Mac
with up to 8 MB of RAM.

Magic RailGun 030. Three different CPU speeds. FOR A MAC PLUS!!
(Cany you hear me panting and drooling here?!)

TokaMac ANYTHING. These cards fall into a hole somewhere? Their accelerator
card
is vertical and FITS in an SE/30 without gutting it, unlike the slot adapter
I have which WORKS
in an SE/30 (if you remove the floppy drive and lay the hard drive out the
back end of an open case) but was made, according to these ads, for the IIsi
so it could use cards designed for the SE/30.

I'm wanting an accelerator for my Plus. Hoping to find it before
Thanksgiving. Anyone?
(Been to eBay).
Jeff
