Doh! Apparently uploading from OS X maintains permissions whereas Fetch
never did.  It's fixed now.

As for Stuffit 4/5, zip, RAR, I try to keep it all in Stuffit 4 format as it
is the defacto Mac standard.  I'm sure there are other Stuffit 5 items, I'll
get to them...
