I don't know if it is optmized for a specific ROM, the Quadra 650 one just seems to work best. You can get lots of ROM files from this site. ;) http://www.lofi-gaming.org.uk/ One quirk of Basilisk II I found is that when I setup System 7.1.1 Pro on a real LC475 then copied it to a Zip 100 and made certain it would boot frm the Zip, it would not boot the emulator with it set to ID itself as a 475 with the 475 ROM. It would start to boot then claim the System was too old for that model of Mac or some such error.
