If you're using all 8 RAM slots, pull 4 and switch them around to see if you
can make it boot.

If NOT, pull out the motherboard. Look it over with a magnifying glass. Are
there traces from some leads to others as a result of moisture being
introduced?

Any leads to components darkened? Could you have been a victim of a power
surge? What's the power supply smell like? Does it put out the full voltage?
