The SE/30 has a 16MHz 68030. The SE has an 8MHz 68000. The only
reason an SE would have a 68020 is if it has an accelerator installed
(a very hot item in it's day). SEs were frequently identified as
SE-20 or SE/20, these were SEs with a 20Mb HD (the other options were
dual floppies or 40Mb HD). I don't thing any were identified on the
case by Apple as an SE-20 though.

If it is an accelerated SE then I can't say what the RAM capacity is,
it's dependent on the particular accelerator.

A stock SE takes 256K or 1Mb 30 pin SIMMs, two at a time. It has two
banks of two and maxes out at 4Mb.

   An SE/30 takes 256K, 1Mb, 4Mb or 16Mb 30 pin SIMMs, 4 at a time.
It has two banks of four and maxes out at 128Mb, or so I'm told (20Mb
is the most I've put in one).

Check Apple for manuals <http://www.apple.com/support>. I kind of
doubt though that they have these up but they might.
