The seller has it listed as a video card, but with the RAM slots on board, it looks more like a Radius Rocket or some such. That looks an awful lot like a 68040 on there. I've never actually seen a RR, but based on descriptions I'd say that's what that is. He has a couple other mislabelled things, looks like he doesn't know much about Mac stuff.
