I'm not sure if it works in classic Mac OS but I'd assume that it does. Try Command + Tab for switching between programs, and Command + Tilde (without holding down the shift key) to switch between windows in a single program. They should work, but they may only work in os 9.x and up. (Hehe Sorry for the uncertainty - I'm currently repairing/upgrading my IIci so i can't check :-) )
