What is the fastest CD-ROM unit that can be placed into a Quadra 650? Can a SCSI burner be placed in there?
Auto-inject versus manual-inject floppy drives. The auto-inject ones have an open entrance, while the manual ones have a black door. Right? I guess if the front bezel is flat, then is must be auto-inject whereas the ones with a carved notch in the center must be for the manual drives, which require that the disk be pushed all the way in. I think I have that right, but please correct me if I am wrong.
I am about to buy a Quadra 650 from a dealer, but he claims it comes with a manual-inject drive. I thought the Quadra 650's came with an auto-inject drive, at least that is what I have read on Usenet.
