a) I want to run a CD drive off my old LCIII, b) I have an old drive from a 7100, c) I dont want to put this drive in an external case with an external PS, d) can I rig up some kind of wiring to get the SCSI signal after the internal HD and the required power from the PS of the LC?
The power requirements for the CD drive and the int HD are identical (i think), the Cd is in an 'internal' case.
