Can anyone suggest what would be the best network card to use within a IIci.

Franz,

I've had good experience with Asante NuBus and PDS NIC's on old Macs. Asante are to be praised for keeping a comprehensive driver and manuals datatbase.

This may have also been helped by having an Asante hub as well, though I have used the same to connect into work networks with no problem.

I also have a Reudo NuBus NIC (currently in a IIci) which is nice because it uses the Apple drivers.

John
