Take a look at the position of the switch at the rear of the unit,
under the spot where the AC power cord goes. IT's round with a split down
it's center. If it is not showing out the back more than 1/32 inch it may be
in the wrong position, and causing the Mac to restart.

Take a screwdriver and push in then turn a quarter turn in either the
clockwise or the counterclockwise direction abd then see if it stops your
Mac from restarting.
