8.1 is only supported on Macs with a 68040 or PowerPC
CPU. However, there are some hacks to make it install
and "run" (more like crwal) on a Mac with a 68030
like the LCIII. I'd stay with 7.5.5. A better idea
would be to clock it up from 25Mhz to 33Mhz to
essentially convert it to an LCIII+. At these speeds,
another 8 million clock cycles per second makes a
lot of difference! :)
