IPNetRouter, by Sustainable Softworks will do this -- I used that for a while. It doesn't route the LocalTalk packets, though. (I also ran LocalTalk Bridge on the same machine to get both.) http://www.sustworks.com/ I believe there are at least a couple of hardware LocalTalk-to-Ethernet routers that handle TCP/IP. (Cayman Gator Box might be one -- can any confirm?)
