Okay, I checked my IIci and the SIMMs in Bank B had Toshiba x4100y
chips.  That machine was either left as it was given to me (4 by
4 MB in Bank B), or upgraded to 32 MB (8 by 4 MB), so I'm fairly
certain that you have 4 MB SIMMs.
