For those looking for smaller cute trailer, here's one on ebay right now:

>From photo's, looks like interior is in nice shape. The front sofa has
been modified somewhat. The exterior has been polished at some time in
its life (no clearcoat). Someone has replaced the original heater
exhaust vent on the curbside. There is a crease aft of the door - real
bad aft of the the galley window - would need some body work. Without
checking the floor for rot, at first glance it checks out OK. As with
any 35 year old trailer, buyer should plan on going through every inch,
every system, and plan on spending additional $2000 over the purchase
price to fix and service the worn out stuff.
