Update:
Spoke (e-mail) w/ Jim Weston @ Airmark
yesterday. Yes, someone was having a bad day. Understandable when stressed by
double duties, but water under the bridge. Jim graciously offered to send some
free rivets and Green Ox for the trouble, and pointed out that you can now place
orders on-line for these products.
My experience with the Green
Ox has been good so far, although like all do-it-yourself polishing jobs, filthy
and hard work. I'm through the coarse work, moving on to the 2nd
step.
