[VAC] Hot Water Lines

I seem to have plugged hot water pipes.  The cold water flow well but I get
hardly a dribble out of the hot water side.  I tried bypassing the water
heater and that makes no difference.  I have also air-blown the lines
backwards to clear them and that also made no difference.  Any ideas what
might be going on and how to correct it?
