Try Softscrub with bleach and a sponge with a green scrubby attached to one
side. Sounds harsh, and it is a horrible chore, but it worked for us on 30
years of grunge, including kitchen area grease.
In some areas of the kitchen I had to work in the texture with a
toothbrush, and it requires rinsing and scrubbing while rinsing, but it
didn't seem to do any damage to anything. And not only is the trailer much
cleaner, it smells good too. No more old dirty smell! Good luck.
