My 1200 did this after I had let it sit for awhile, and it ended up being a 
bit of dirt in the carburetor. You may have accidentally dropped some into 
the carb when putting it all together. I had to soak mine overnight in carb 
cleaner, then blew it all out with compressed air. Put it back together and 
no more bog. As Chuck said, check your accel. pump squirter, but I doubt 
that's it, unless you played with the linkage or??? Mine was just a dirty 
carb. Happens easily and was a PAIN to diagnose. Took it apart 3 times, and 
put two diff dizzys in it.
