Nick, I lost my 62 KG and 68 Bug cabriolets in Hurricance Sandy. They are gone along with my huge piles of parts. I do have a brand new old stock Motorola 12 Volt AM FM transistor radio that was high up on a shelf still in its original cardboard box and labelled Custom designed for VW Porsche Audi, Deluxe Solid State AM FM Radio 5VW2427 on the red label at the end of the box. On the cardboard box it is labelled MTR5012427 F 7110. Book is inside plastic sleeve and all wires are marked with an attached label. Perfect NOS condition. No knobs or faceplate in the box. I may have some used stuff to throw in. Have to check.
Would you, or any one else like to make me an offer on it. I paid quite a sum for it from a retired VW mechanic from a dealership. I had two and sold one easily 10 years ago for $100.
