Personally, I had this headset and returned it the next day. Incoming audio sounded great but I got tons of complaints about my outgoing audio, it was ok but not very good which it should be for the price I paid which was $99. I do believe others have this headset here on the list and haven't had the same quality issues I had but just relaying my experience. One good thing about Amazon is their return policy, so if you don't like it you can always return it unless it specifically says no returns.
