Hi John André,

        I could have looked for a long time and never found that button!  Thank 
you very much!  It now works just as I hoped.  Now Notes is a convenient way 
for me to move text to my iPhone.  Also, even though my note is initially 
showing up in my in box I can easily move it to the iCloud Notes folder and it 
is then saved for future use but not cluttering up that all important in box 
space.

Thanks again for helping to get this useful tool working for me.
