Hi,

TomTom has coverage of Thailand, but you have to look for TomTom South East 
Asia at the app store.  The maps cover Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, 
Thailand, and Brunei.  That said, I haven't used TomTom myself, but others on 
this list have.  I don't believe that Navigon has coverage in this area.
