I don't think that people need to grin and bear it so to speak. I think that this is actually a dangerous attitude to adopt. We got access because it was known that we really really needed and wanted it. If we'd just kept on being content with what we'd had before, we'd probably still have just that.
Apple really wants to know about bugs, as do most companies who write apps for any population. The trick is to be even-handed and positive in your approach. By all means, make your needs known to Apple. That's what the contact info is for! :) Know that you're heard. your communiqués aren't just going into the aether. :) Follow up if you need to and relax. That's all you need do. For anyone who has dealt with the Voiceover team, you know that they are incredibly passionate people who absolutely care about accessibility. So trust that your concerns are being heard and will be addressed as soon as they can. Never stop speaking about what you need and how much you really do need it. it's very important so people truly do understand where you are coming from. -Know what I mean?… Smiles, cara :) On May 8, 2012, at 12:06 PM, Herv wrote: It's not all that unacceptable.
