To convert a song to mp3, follow these steps: 1) Open iTunes.
2) Press ctrl + comma to enter the preferences dialog. 3) Press shift + tab until focus lands on import settings. 4) Press enter. 5) Press tab until focus lands on the import using combo box. 6) Press down arrow until focus lands on mp3 encoder. 7) Press enter to select this item and exit out of the import settings dialog. 8) Press tab until focus is placed on the OK button and then press enter to save and exit out of the settings dialog. 9) Select a song that you would like to convert to mp3. 10) Press the applications key to bring up the context menu. 11) Press either down or up arrow until focus lands on the menu item entitled convert to mp3 12) Press enter on this menu item to convert one song to mp3. Know that the original song will still be in your library and it will be necessary to delete it. Please let me know if the above steps make sense to you or if you have any additional questions.
