Hi, I bought a charger with a longer cord from Speed Dots about 2 months ago and it's been wonderful until now. I was charging the phone when all of the sudden I heard a message that "this device is not supported" and that was that. Now that particular charger no longer works. The charger that came with the phone works fine. Any ideas? Kim
