Hi Fanus, great find. A quick Google indicates that that is indeed the
number.  ICID stands for integrated circuit card identifier, and is the
number engraved on the SIM. This is often needed for things like number
porting, or when a new sim is required, so it's cool to have an accessible
way to get at this.

When I go to settings then general then about and I start to flick to the
right, just after the imei number there is an ICCID number which I wonder if
that is not the sim card number because it starts with the digits 89 which
are the starting digits for sim card numbers here in South Africa and it has
20 digits. If not, what is ICCID?
