I just downloaded it this morning and have yet to fully explore this app.  My 
initial impression is that the app is navigable, though it needs some work in 
terms of accessibility.  I found some unlabeled buttons scattered about in 
different screens.  Also, when I plugged in my Apple ear buds, I was unaware 
that a dialog popped up asking what the iPhone was being plugged into.  When I 
stumbled onto this dialog and managed to tell it that I'd just plugged in my 
ear buds, the sound, which was in mono, improved markedly.  The app is supposed 
to have some equalizer settings somewhere, but I haven't found them yet.  As I 
said, I still have some exploring to do.
