The processor on the 4S is faster; the camera is better, which is helpful for the money reade rapp -- it works in low light automatically, and Siri let syou do things that voice control doesn't. So I would definitely get the 4S. A friend of mine lost her previous generation Iphone, got a 4S and loves it.
